Questions about Your Home Search

Ameritex Homes® has constructed homes in 90+ Texas cities. Ameritex builds both on singular scattered lots and inside traditional developments, we would always encourage potential buyers and real estate agents to look at our website and the local MLS to see current inventory locations and the status of availability.
Although Ameritex will build on singular lots outside a traditional community, we do not build on someone else’s land. If you would like to sell your lot, please contact us today via our land acquisition page. One of our land team members will be in contact to provide a potential offer.
Scattered lot typically just means that a builder is willing to purchase a single lot that could be anywhere and build a new home on that lot. A new home development is when a community or neighborhood is established, and a home builder may build on all or some of the lots in that newly created neighborhood. Ameritex Homes® builds in both types of situations.

Ameritex does not offer an owner financing nor a rent-to-own program. Ameritex Homes® is also not a lender nor a mortgage company.

Ameritex Homes® is not a lender nor mortgage company. However, we do have a preferred partner that can assist in answering lending specific questions and provide lending services for purchasing an Ameritex home. Contact them today by visiting their website.

Our sales department is always willing to assist with any questions about the features of our homes or the purchase process in general. They can be reached via phone at 469-208-1846.

Please contact our sales department, and they will assist in getting you access to one of our homes.

Questions about Your New Home Warranty

As a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® builder member, Ameritex Homes® provides every home we build with 6-years of warranty protection from the nation’s leading home warranty company. There are three coverage tiers to a 2-10 New Home Warranty:
